How to Take the Suprep Bowel Prep Kit

Each dose of the Kit comes in a bottle that must be mixed with water before drinking. Two doses are required for complete colonoscopy preparation.

Start your preparation one day before your colonoscopy. On the day before, eat only a light breakfast or drink clear liquids, such as water, strained fruit juice without pulp, lemonade, plain coffee, tea, chicken broth, or gelatin without fruit. For the rest of the day and the following day until two hours before your colonoscopy, drink only clear liquids. Stop drinking all fluids at least two hours before your colonoscopy.
